Located at the Christ Temple church
building in Huntington, WV, our modern facility is a safe,
Spirit-filled environment where excellence is nurtured in all our
students.
This is Mrs. Eller's first- and
second-grade classroom.
Mrs. Queen's third and fourth grade
class is hard at work, reading their assigned text.
Mrs. Wells teaches the fifth and sixth
grades. Here, they are viewing a video about the armor of Christianity.
The well-equipped
preschool area is the scene of much activity.
The kindergarten class is nearby. In
the mornings, both classes meet together before dividing into
groups.
The pre-school and kindergarten classes often spend recess at the
indoor play area.
Lunch at the Academy is taken in the
whimsical diner. Kid friendly designs predominate!
The Academy often hosts school-wide
events in the auditorium. These speakers and presentations
supplement the curriculum of in-class learning activities and

Students have access to
the Academy's modern computer lab during adult-supervised
sessions. All students from first through sixth have lab
time scheduled during the week. Over 15 workstations are
available, each with current educational software titles and
protected internet access.
